Financial:
Your
support to the success of this mission will certainly mark a rewarding
event in your spiritual calendars.
This can be obtained from persons I institutions who are willing to
sponsor our lovely children.
Sponsors : We need sponsors individuals and institution
who can take care of these kids by financial support as a personal
service having realized their pains and needs.
A sponsor must know who he has sponsored and all existing whereabouts
of the child. Mere transmission of funds are just not enough.
It
is not a business that we can shut down due to deficiency i funds lest
we should leave the children from where we picked them.
orphanage ministry is a ministry that requires complete dedication
whether or not the participant is a paid employer working to assist
the ministry or a social / spiritual worker in the missionary
services.
Parents have to be very vigilant in handling off-springs of the same
parents as they react differently to similar situation. Under the
circumstances It s needless !o mention the stress, strain and
vigilance required in handling children from different backgrounds.
An unwanted baby developed in the womb of a woman for 9 months
develops undesirable criminal minds, knowingly or unknowingly. Severe
childhood experiences also leaves feelings of hatred and selfishness
some where at the back of their heads.
Dedicated services are very important part of the orphanage ministry.
Leaving the job for better prospects can damage the life of these
children who sees them in the place of their parents.
Cemetry
It is indeed a blessing that
no children at Daya Vihar, died so far. However, the thought of a
cemetery needs to be viewed seriously.
Staff
No love can replace parental love, even if we ensure good health and
education for these lovely children. Service oriented staff is a
definite requirement. If the staff who are taking care of our children
keep changing, it will affect the mental and emotional well being of
the children
Proper and regular salary payment and appreciation of their dedicated
services are as important as daily foods for kids.
The above are all desires. Converting them to reality is never an easy
task. Certainly there will be a lot of comments to discourage these
services there are always 3 points of view in life- your point of
view, others point of view and the right point of view!!
So let us with prayer and justification, perform our duties.
He has showed you oh man what
is good and what does the Lord require of you, but to do justice and
to love kindness and to walk humbly with your God...(Micah 6:8)
